Nino Gruettke – German Exhibition Expert in Asia
As Managing Director of VNU Exhibitions Asia Pacific, the young German was appointed in 2014 to head the Asia Pacific business of the VNU Group. Prior to his appointment, Nino Gruettke was heading Messe Berlin Singapore’s ITB Asia to become the most international travel trade show in Asia.
Global Citizen
Having lived, studied, and worked in America, Europe and Asia, Nino Gruettke is a global citizen with an entrepreneurial mindset. Despite his young age, his Asian MICE career has brought him to work in Singapore, Bangkok, and Shanghai organizing exhibitions covering tourism, livestock, agriculture, and laboratory equipment.
Passions
Nino studied MICE management in Germany and received his MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. In addition to MICE, Nino is very passionate about espresso, golf, TED.com, learning, entrepreneurship, positive psychology, behavioral science, and writing.
